About Organize PDF
Documents rarely arrive in the right order. A scanned bundle comes back reversed, an appendix belongs at the front, or a reviewer wants the summary before the detail. Reordering by hand in a desktop editor is slow; describing the order you want is fast.
Give the tool the page sequence you want and it writes a new document in exactly that order, so you can move, repeat or drop pages in a single pass.

When it helps
- • Reversing a stack that a sheet feeder scanned back to front.
- • Moving an executive summary to the front of a report.
- • Interleaving separately scanned fronts and backs of double-sided pages.
- • Reordering slides exported to PDF before printing handouts.
Good to know
- • Any page you leave out of the list is left out of the output — reordering and deleting in one step.
- • Listing a page twice duplicates it, which is useful for repeating a cover or divider sheet.
