About Sign PDF
The print–sign–scan cycle is the slowest part of most agreements, and each round trip degrades the document. Adding a signature block directly to the PDF removes the printer from the process entirely.
This tool places a signature line with your name and the date on the final page, producing a document ready to return by email.

When it helps
- • Returning a contract without access to a printer or scanner.
- • Signing off delivery notes and timesheets from a phone.
- • Approving quotes and purchase orders quickly.
- • Adding a dated acknowledgement to a policy document.
Good to know
- • This produces a visible signature block, not a cryptographic digital signature with a certificate.
- • For legally sensitive agreements requiring identity verification, use a certificate-based e-signature provider.
- • The signature is placed on the last page, the conventional position for execution blocks.
